We are looking for a 3-4 highly motivated, positive, detail oriented and strong team members!
Ideal candidates can work hard physically in the heat, rain or cold outdoors, work alone or on a team, aware of surroundings and job details, work while they talk, and value a positive work environment.
Maintenance at job sites throughout season (spring, summer, fall cleanup)
Installs (Planting annuals & perennials)
Site preparation/ transplanting/ sod removal/deadheading spent blooms and foliage
Monitoring all sites for weeds, plant health, irrigation function
Deliveries of soil, gravel or other materials to job sites
Drive and operate Zone 3 truck
Ability to recognize plant health and needs of each garden site
Ability to lift 30 pounds repeatedly
Valid Drivers License (transportation to get you to work)
Ability to take direction and stay on task
Work quickly and efficiently
Attentive to the care of zone 3 equipment and tools
Communication skills and ability to transfer information to others
Social skills/ kindness
An hourly rate (to be discussed depending on experience)
Employees who return for multiple seasons will receive an annual performance-based raise
Work starts are flexible but roughly start at 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00-4:00 pm with an unpaid 30 min to 45 min lunch break.

Clothes to get dirty in, for all weather
We ask that you are on time and ready to work at scheduled time
